By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Estimated Delivery Windows

Preorder delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to:

• manufacturing timelines,
• quality control,
• freight delays,
• customs clearance,
• or other unforeseen circumstances.

Partial Delays

If your order contains preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once preorder inventory becomes available.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed.

Updates

We will provide updates via email regarding significant production or shipping delays.

Cancellations

Preorders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping preparation, cancellations may not be possible.
